Mark began his career in the insurance industry after graduating from Florida State University in 1986 and has dedicated his professional life to serving his clients, carrier partners, community, and team. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and has earned the esteemed Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation—an intensive 140‑hour, five‑course program covering Personal Insurance, Commercial Casualty, Commercial Property, Life & Health, and Agency Management.
With decades of expertise, Mark specializes in developing comprehensive commercial insurance solutions, including coverage for Commercial Property, General Liability, Business Auto, and Workers Compensation. His commitment to professionalism and his clients’ protection has made him a trusted advisor in the industry.
Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending quality time with family and friends and is actively involved with Woodland Community Church. He is also passionate about supporting local organizations such as Sozo Missions and The Food Bank of Manatee County, both of which provide meaningful assistance to families in need within the community.

In her current role, Lisa specializes in streamlining communication channels, managing complex administrative responsibilities, and ensuring prompt, accurate support across the organization. Outside of work, Lisa enjoys learning new skills, staying active at the gym, and cheering on her children at baseball games.

Martin takes a proactive approach to customer service by thoroughly reviewing policy renewals, conducting detailed coverage checkups, and providing comparison quotes to ensure clients receive the best value without overpaying for coverage. In addition to assisting with day‑to‑day service needs, Martin’s strong technical skills enhance the efficiency and workflow of our office operations.
He is also fluent in Spanish, allowing him to serve a broader range of clients with clarity and comfort.

Renee believes it is her responsibility not only to answer questions but to provide the right products and knowledge to help clients make confident, informed decisions.
Originally from Georgia—though not a Bulldogs fan—Renee has spent most of her life in Florida and proudly cheers for the Gators. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her six grandchildren and sharing her home with two determined dachshunds who are convinced they run the household.
